Our universal app is a single app for both smartphone and tablet devices and can be downloaded from either the tablet or smartphone sections of the Apple or Google app store. Once downloaded, the app recognizes whether the user is on a smartphone or a tablet and provides the correct experience.
If you used the former Bluestone Mobile apps, you will be prompted to update your app automatically. Please be aware if you were using our older iPad app, you will not be prompted to update the app, instead you will need to visit the Apple store and download our new 5.0 app and then delete the older app.
