THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF MASSACHUSETTS, RHODE ISLAND, OR NEW HAMPSHIRE WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. PERSONS SUBMITTING ENTRIES NEED NOT BE A CUSTOMER OF THE BANK TO ENTER.

Show us your view of the beautiful seasons in the Bluestone Bank community by uploading your photos to our photo contest application now through August 30, 2024 at 11:59PM ET. All participants may submit up to 3 photos.

In addition to submitting your photo through the contest application, you may also submit your photo by:

Include the following with your submission:  

1. Contact information: Name, address, phone and email address

2. Photo release form: The photo release form must accompany all entries (You do not need to download this form if you submitted your photos through the photo contest application link above.)

3. Identification:  Photo caption providing the location of your picture

All photos should be submitted in JPEG format and should be high resolution with 300 DPI or higher.

• Photos submitted should be as originally taken as possible: 
  • Editing should be kept to very minor enhancements.
  • DO NOT use Photoshop or other software to greatly alter the photo. 
  • DO NOT add additional imagery to the photo. 
  • Photos must have been taken by the individual submitting the entry. Photos from other sources such as internet or stock photography vendors will not be considered.
• Must be 18 or older to participate. 

• On or around September 16, 2024, the Sponsor will select the 12 finalists from all the photos received, which will be included as part of our 2025 wall calendar. From the 12 finalists, the Sponsor will select the cover photo earning the grand prize of $500. The remaining 11 finalists will each receive $100. Entries will be judged on the basis of which photos best represent the spirit of the seasonal contest. Sponsor's decision is final and binding in all respects.
• In the event that the cover winner does not claim their prize within ten (10) days after notification, Sponsor may select a new winner.

For a written confirmation of the winners (available after September 30, 2024), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (no later than October 15, 2024), to: The 2025 Photo Contest Winner Confirmation Request, 756 Orchard Street Raynham, MA 02767-1028.

$500 will be awarded to the owner of the photo selected for the cover!

$100 will be awarded to the remaining 11 finalists.

All 12 finalists will have exceptional bragging rights as well as having their picture featured in Bluestone Bank's 2025 Calendar.

This contest is open to all legal residents of the state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or New Hampshire who are over the age of 18 as of July 29, 2024. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: persons who are engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, or drawing of winners for this contest, and persons who are immediate family of or who reside in the same household as any person in either of the preceding categories. 

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. At its sole discretion, Sponsor may disqualify any persons whom it considers having intentionally violated the Official Rules or any element of this contest. All decisions of the judges are final. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.

By participating, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the person or persons who select the winners, and (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use (or misuse) of the photos.

All entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected entries. By submitting an entry, you are granting permission to Sponsor to publish photo or photos on its website and social network community page, in any printed or digital media, and for promotional purposes.

The finalists will be contacted by the Sponsor. Finalists will also agree to sign a photo release form allowing Sponsor to use photo for any and all printed/digital media, its website, and any other promotional uses. Bluestone Bank will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

SCHEDULE: The contest begins on July 29, 2024 with an entry deadline of August 30, 2024 at 11:59PM EST.
